Auction Terms & Conditions NOTICE TO BIDDERS: When placing a bid, the buyer accepts the fact that he or she is entering into a legal binding contract. Bidders are liable for their winning bids and associated premiums, taxes, and fees regardless of whether they claim the property in the auction unit(s). Violation of any terms will prevent you from participating in future AJ Willner Auctions and you may be subject to future legal action and / or claims in connection with the costs of resale. The following auction rules apply. Registration: Bidders will need to register via the online bidding platform. A credit card is required to verify the bidders identity. Bidding: All bidding must take place via the online bidding platform. Inspection: No on-site inspection is offered for this auction. Payment Deadline: Payment is due in full within 24 hours of the auction. Any bidders who default on payment terms will be blacklisted from all future auctions by the auction company's which share the online bidding platform. If the winning bidder has not submitted payment within 24 hours of the auction close time, the unit can be offered to alternate bidders. Method of Payment: Cash, Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer. No credit cards will be accepted at this auction. Buyer Premium: A 15% Buyer Premium applies to all purchases. $100 Clean-Out Deposit: Successful bidders are purchasing the entire contents of the locker and it is their responsibility to remove all items. The successful bidder will be required to post a "Clean-Out Deposit," which will be immediately returned to the successful bidder upon leaving the storage locker in broom clean condition. The $100 deposit would apply for each purchased locker. Pick Up Hours: Wednesday, October 14th thru Friday, Oct 16th 10AM to 4PM. Units must be empty and cleaned out by Friday, October 16th, 2020. Motor Vehicle Titles: No titles will be provided by Seller or Auctioneer. Provided documentation will be limited to a paid auction invoice. No bill of sale or other documentation will be provided at any time. Right to Cure: The defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account, thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder unless otherwise stated in the state's lien laws or by the storage facility.
